Our family recently relocated to the area, and everything was unknown to us. We didn’t know where to buy, how to buy, when to buy, and all of the ins and outs of home buying in an unfamiliar place. Time was an issue for me as I was completing a new building for the Church and finalizing all contractor items. I told him on the front end that if we took his recommendations, it would be a problem for us, until he said he would handle it all from design to project management. He did a great job! Steve made shopping for our new home very easy. He listened to our wishlist and in a market where very few homes were available, he was able to find us exactly what we wanted within our price range and in an ideal location. He is very knowledgeable about how the bid process works in his market and quickly drew up an offer that won us the contract. Even after we closed on the property, he continued providing us with wonderful service by helping us line up service providers who could care for our investment until we could move in.
